Moving Forward: Digital Marketing Team Update

Hosted by Kalinaw Virtual LLC’s CEO, Shalom Mascariñas. We had an online meeting with our digital marketing team on 5th July, 2024.

This meeting aimed to talk about the things that can make us improve our services with collective ideas. This meeting was led by Shalom Mascariñas who is the Chief Executive Officer of Kalinaw Virtual LLC.

Discussion Highlights:

Improved Content Plans: Our talks focused on spicing up our blog and social media contents so that they become more engaging and relevant towards your needs.

Increased Social Media Engagement: This includes having more Facebook, Instagram, X followers. We want to engage with you more through answering all your questions and knowing what you need us to do.

New Client Prospects: It was also crucial to brainstorm innovative ways of reaching out to potential clients in order for them to know about our services. Ways are being tested so that it can effectively expand.

Website Updates: Work has begun on improving the navigability of our website which should allow easy access to extensive information about our team as well as our offerings.

Education and Development: Continual improvement through further studies is what we pursue. For example, attending seminars/workshops is important in order to meet your different needs.

Insights and Analytics: Rizette Santos, our digital marketing lead provided detailed insights from our monthly reports for improving and optimizing performance across platforms.

Advertising Strategies: Eric John Ascaño, being adept in Google and Facebook ads, gave updates about campaign performance and optimization strategies.

GoHighLevel Integration: Abraham Rabadon, who is a GoHighLevel specialist has contributed to the discussion on better client interactions and workflow simplification.

Lead Generation: Faye Danielle Garcia, the Executive Assistant stated that we would be using Apollo for lead generation which will help us attract more customers.

We meet every Friday with our Digital Marketing team to discuss these subjects and there are many others.
